My AI Journey : From Curiosity to Real-World Impact

My journey into Artificial Intelligence didn’t start with code or algorithms—it started with people. I first began exploring AI through events, conferences, and meetups, where founders, researchers, and business leaders were sharing how AI was reshaping industries in very concrete ways. These moments sparked my curiosity: not just about what AI can do, but how it can create real strategic advantage when applied thoughtfully in business contexts.

Taking on the Theoretical Challenge

Curiosity quickly turned into discipline. To build solid foundations, I decided to challenge myself with structured learning and certifications.

1. Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals

My first step was earning the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification. This program gave me a strong grounding in core AI concepts, from machine learning and computer vision to natural language processing and generative AI, all through a business-oriented lens. It also introduced responsible AI principles—fairness, transparency, privacy, and accountability—which I consider essential when deploying AI at scale.

2. AI Strategy with MIT Sloan School of Management

To go beyond technical fundamentals, I then completed “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy” at MIT Sloan School of Management. This program focused on how leaders should think about AI—not as a standalone technology, but as a strategic capability embedded into operating models, value chains, and decision-making.
We explored real-world cases across machine learning, generative AI, and robotics, always asking the same question: Where does AI truly create sustainable competitive advantage?

From Learning to Building: The Altboost Journey

Learning only truly matters when applied. That’s where Altboost comes in.

Altboost emerged as a natural opportunity to put both my AI learning and entrepreneurial mindset into practice, following my Innovation & Entrepreneurship program at HEC Paris. The idea was simple but ambitious: help companies boost their visibility in the era of generative AI.

As search evolves from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), brands need to understand how AI tools interpret, rank, and surface content. Altboost.ai leverages AI to analyze visibility, structure content for AI-driven discovery, and help businesses stay relevant across generative platforms—not just search engines.

For me, Altboost represents the intersection of theory, strategy, and execution:

  • Academic learning from MIT Sloan

  • Entrepreneurial experimentation at HEC

  • Practical AI application in a real product

Looking Ahead

This journey is still unfolding. AI is moving fast—but grounding innovation in strong fundamentals, strategic thinking, and ethical responsibility makes all the difference. My goal is to continue building, learning, and sharing along the way.

If there’s one takeaway from this journey so far, it’s this: AI isn’t about replacing humans—it’s about augmenting intelligence when vision, strategy, and execution align.
